 How are we? We all go to work at roughly the same time and pursuing the similar goals with similar attitudes. We get off work at the same time repeating a routine endlessly 5 days a week and after those repetitions even on holidays we are in the same space together running into one another without any complaining. These lives go on for 1 year, 10 years, and 30 years without change. We see all other creatures have their own unique life styles depending on the weather and the environment. Human beings are the same.  Why do we still keep confining ourselves to going to work, getting off work, resting and enjoying at the same time like everybody else? The era of a million of unemployed youth has come! While there is no distinction between holidays and weekdays for unemployed young people, can taking a job in a company of 5-day workweek and 2 holidays be the important standard anymore?  4+3 day work system is a new management system using the idle system to create new jobs more.
