The rich men spend their money to save their time, and the paupers abandon their times and futures to make money. Someone is bored because he got a lot of time, and another is busy enough to lose future dreams, and some people are far away from the family to be close to the work place, and someone is single or orphans while others have families. So, if the company has the 2 shifts system like that, it'll be equipped with more competitiveness. | 처음 회사를 설립 할 당시에 함께 고생한 직원들을 IMF 때 고임금이라고 감원하고 금융위기 때는 불경기라고 감원하고 그럼에도 불구하고 끝까지 노력하는 창립 멤버는 나이가 정년이라고 감원하면 회사의 재산권은 투자자와 경영자에게 넘어간다. 이렇게 하여 되물림으로 만들어지는 빈부격차는 둘로 하고 적어도 직장생활 20년 이상 된 은퇴세대의 경력을 살려 건강을 유지할 때까지 주 1일에서 3일만 근무하고 기존 직원은 2시간 일찍 출근하여 주4일만 근무하는 7일 경영을 운영하면 생산성 향상과 일자리를 창출하는 회사가 되어 인재확보와 원가절감의 시장 경쟁력으로 창조적인 기업으로 변화될 것입니다. 나아가서 나이를 먹으면 새벽 잠이 없다는데 좀더 일찍 5시-7시부터 일을 하고 1시 이후에 퇴근하면 밤 늦게 까지 놀기 좋아하는 젊은이들이 그때부터 일하여 9시 이후에 퇴근하는 2교대 운영을 하는 회사를 만들면 더욱 경쟁력을 갖추는 시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것입니다. |

You can only see the traffic congestion, the inflation, the rise of house prices, the educational imbalance, the waste of energy, the environmental pollution, the unemployment, the welfare costs, the under-served elderly, and the unfair tax in the 5-day workweek, which you can't solve only with the tax revenues. We don't have to spend welfare costs anymore if we can offer jobs for the unemployed in the 7-day economy and support a system which can offer jobs and wages to the retirees after appraising their house like the reverse mortgage loans. | 365일 똑같이 일하고, 쉬고, 출근하고, 퇴근하고, 생각하는 주 5일 근무제는 더 이상 희망이 될 수 없습니다. 왜냐하면 교통지옥, 물가 인상, 집값 상승, 교육문제, 에너지문제, 환경문제, 의료문제, 실업 문제, 복지문제, 노인문제, 세수문제 등의 다양한 문제들이 쓰나미 처럼 밀려오고 있기 때문에 그 모든 비용을 세금으로 해결할 수 없는 것입니다. 실업자에게는 7일 경제로 일자리를 제공하고 은퇴자에게는 역모기지론 처럼 집값을 감정하여 일자리와 월급을 제공해 주는 제도를 지원하면 더 이상 복지비가 필요 없을 것입니다. |
