 Common people usually want to be happy. Then what is happiness? The dictionary meaning of happiness is the state of being satisfied, feeling gladness, and being heartwarming. If you are a person who can answer "Yes" to the question "Are you happy?”, you already gained successful life. But why do many people live in anxieties or worries and feel they are having unhappy lives? Maybe there are various reasons. In my case, once I knew the 7-day management system, I could realize that the greater part of the unhappiness comes from being caught by the competing 5-day workweek that deprives our freedom. In other words, if we can do the desirable work at the desirable place and in the desirable time, all the anxieties and worries will be gone. Àΰ£Àº ´©±¸³ª ÇູÇϱ⸦ Èñ¸ÁÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ±×·¸´Ù¸é ÇູÀ̶õ ¹«¾ùÀϱî¿ä?  Our country is not a big country but have four seasons that gives us the different wisdom of life. But I don't know since when, most of people wish the same things. They are different in every way, having the different characters, the physical constitutions and different senses of accomplishment, but the weird thing is that they wish to work at the same time, and want to rest at the same time all together. So, we all together caught in the 5-day workweek and keep starting to work at 9 o'clock and finish work at 6 o'clock working 40 hours a day, 5 days a week. The common people would think this is natural. But when you think over a little more, the framed 5-day workweek is causing the serious problems including the traffic jams, the price instability, and the housing anxieties driving us into years of worry and anxiety.  We have to focus on the survey results conducted by the world's public opinion research firm, Gallup (http://gmj.gallup.com) targeting the world people for the 2 years a few years ago. The result is showing us that what the mankind wants has been changed since 2007. For the last 25 years, it was love, money, honor, food, house and peace in order. And the governments have established their policies and have managed depending on this standard. But, Gallup announced that what the people mostly want is the "job" regardless of the above mentioned wish list. The jobs are not only the means of livelihood but also the basis that fulfill the social and the emotional needs of human being. Recently in 2012, each presidential candidate pour out selection pledges for the job creations that are not beyond the 5-day workweek. But most of their job creation is invalid just splitting a job into several. The term of the 7-day work system seems to be unfamiliar vocabulary. But it's not that difficult. We are living in the society where manpower and material are overflowing. The 4+3, 7-day economy offers sharing environment. You can rent your place and time to other people who need them. This small practice may be the miracle that helps creating jobs and saving people.  We have to see through the world basic megatrend regarding the future job. Megatrend means the huge chronological tide in this situation. We are facing the problem at hand of the aging and the low fertility society that contains the conflict between the generations, the job losses due to automation, intensifying competition due to globalization. As time goes by, this kind of problems will become more serious so that we have to invest considerable efforts and costs in self-development training to keep our jobs. The 4+3 day work system that offers the freedom of time, the harmony of the old and new generations and the challenges that meet the aptitude is implying many things to the people living in the world where the knowledge, information, education and experience are highly regarded. It's the solution to overcome the above mentioned current situation. French Revolution for freedom is still proceeding.
