The retirees will have lower wages but can have the 4 days of holidays keeping their jobs without caring about the retirement age, and the company can keep the dependable employees who knows the company situation well and who can educate the new staff while paying lower wages. 4+3 day work system can provide the employees whom company educated for years with the 3-day job because the system has the power to effectively use the wasted resources.
