The establishment of co-investment is to invest on the 7-day work system that each party manages the company only for the specific days of the week. It’s the different concept from the existing partnership because they manage the company for the certain days of the week, get profits separately and pay for the management costs depending on the working days. And offering the idle facilities means lending the facilities during the holiday to the responsible personnel so that the owner can have holidays every weekend and save the management expenses imposed even in the holidays and the rental income. |

공동투자 창업이란 7일경제의 창업방식으로 매장을 각자 정해진 요일에만 운영하는 방식의 공동투자를 하는 것입니다. 서로 협의된 요일에만 직접 운영하여 매출을 가져가고 매장 관리비용을 부담하는 방식이며 기존 동업방식과는 다른 개념입니다. 그리고 유휴시설 제공이란 매장을 운영 하는 자영업자가 매주 쉬는 날만 책임지고 운영할 사람에게 매장을 임대해주는 것으로 매주 휴일을 가질 수 있고 관리비와 임대료를 절약할 수 있는 효과가 있습니다.
