And we can give the tax benefits to the companies with 7-day work system. The companies can save the unnecessary waste of resources and the social costs such as pollutions, traffic congestions, and the waste disposal costs by sharing the idle facilities and spaces. It’s not difficult to support the companies with the tax cuts after reducing the period accounted for the depreciation cost and adjustment of the depreciation rate regarding the shared devices and facilities.

Q28. 영세자영업자에 대한 바람직한 조세지원정책이 필요할 것인데 7일경제는 어떤 것이 있습니까?
일각에서는 간이과세대상 축소와 근로장려금 확대 정책을 함께 추진하는 것이 바람직하다고 보기도 하지만 근로장려금 확대와 과세대상 축소로는 한계가 있습니다.
인구는 점점 줄어들고 세수 또한 계속해서 줄어들 것인데 계속해서 근로장려금 등을 지급하기에는 무리가 있습니다.
4.3근무제에서는 기존의 조세지원정책이 필요 없습니다.
요즘처럼 창업하여 성공하기 어려운 시기에 굳이 무리해서 혼자 창업을 할 필요 없이 공동투자 창업을 독려할 수 있도록 창업서비스를 중개하는 시스템을 갖추는 것입니다.
창업을 희망하는 이에게는 창업 체험을 할 수 있도록 기회를 제공하고 유휴시설을 제공하는 점주에게는 매장사용 임대료의 수익을 보장해 줄 수 있습니다.
그리고, 7일경영제를 도입해서 운영하는 기업에게 세제 혜택을 주는 방법이 있습니다.
시설이나 공간을 활용하는 기업은 공해문제, 교통체증, 폐기물 처리비용 등 불필요한 자원의 낭비를 줄여 사회적 비용을 감소하는데 큰 역할을 기대할 수 있습니다. 또한 공유해서 사용하는 기계장치나 설비 등은 감가상각비의 계산기간을 줄이거나 상각률을 조정하여 세제 지원을 해주는 것은 어려운 일은 아닐 것입니다.
