The lifestyle patterns of the workers will be changed in large due to the increased job opportunities. 1) Young job seekers have the various opportunities to have jobs and the wasting time preparing for a job will be shortened.
2) Non-regular workers will easily become regular workers due to the increased job demand and the increased companies. 3) Experienced workers can be hired by more than two companies working only 1 day to 3 days with receiving the high wages and can prepare the retirement. 4) The workers on the eve of retirement can elongate the retirement age working only 1 day to 3 days and the retired workers can have the opportunities to get jobs again with their own careers and the know-how. 5) If the life becomes stable, the age of the first marriage will become lower. For your reference, the average age at first marriage in Seoul was 32.3 years old that is 3.9 years older than 20 years ago in case of male. It was 30 years old that is 4.4 years older in case of female. The reason why many people delay at marriage is to secure the job and to prepare the marriage funding. 6) Employment growth means the increase in consumption, the rise of the domestic economy and the price stability due to the production increase. The economy will be stable that cause the reduction of the divorce rate, and the livelihood crime rate. |

근로자들의 생활 패턴에 큰 변화가 생깁니다. 늘어난 일자리로
1) 청년 구직자들에게 다양한 취업의 기회가 생기고 취업 준비로 허비되는 기간이 짧아질 것입니다.
2) 비정규직 근로자들은 기업수가 늘고 필요한 구인 수요가 많아져 정규직 전환이 빨라지고 고용이 안정될 것입니다.
3) 숙련 근로자들은 경력을 활용하여 주 1~3일만 근무하는 2개의 회사를 다니면서 대기업보다 많은 연봉으로 안정적인 노후를 준비할 수 있습니다.
4) 퇴직을 앞둔 사람은 주 1일~3일만 일을 하면서 정년을 연장하고 퇴직자는 경력과 노하우를 활용할 수 있는 재취업의 기회가 많아 집니다.
5) 생활이 안정되면 초혼연령이 빨라질 것입니다. 참고로 2011년 서울의 평균 초혼연령은 남성의 경우 32.3세로 20년 전 대비 3.9세 증가하였으며, 여성은 30.0세로 20년 새 4.4세 높아졌다고 합니다. 많은 사람들이 결혼을 늦추는 원인이 안정된 직장과 결혼자금 마련에 있다고 합니다.
6) 고용이 늘어나면 소비가 증가하여 내수경기가 살아나고 이에 따른 생산증가는 물가 안정을 가져옵니다. 이렇게 된다면 경제가 안정 되어 이혼률, 생계형 범죄율 등이 줄어들 것입니다.
