Q24. How do you think you can solve the conflict wage issues?

The 4-day workweek is managed with the existing staffs working 10 hours a day, 40 hours a week that is not different from 5-day workweek regarding the time, and there is no problem without the discrepancy between the wages. And the new employees and the retired group can work 10 hours a day, 30 hours a week for 3 days. They get the appropriate wages and the experienced staffs can transfer to 4-day work group to have higher wage. Also, when they achieve more than the goal, they can choose wages increase or the working days reduce so there is no problem with the wage issues.
