Q24. How do you think you can solve the conflict wage issues?
The 4-day workweek is managed with the existing staffs working 10 hours a day, 40 hours a week that is not different from 5-day workweek regarding the time, and there is no problem without the discrepancy between the wages. And the new employees and the retired group can work 10 hours a day, 30 hours a week for 3 days. They get the appropriate wages and the experienced staffs can transfer to 4-day work group to have higher wage. Also, when they achieve more than the goal, they can choose wages increase or the working days reduce so there is no problem with the wage issues. |
Q24. 주4·3근무제를 도입하면 임금문제 갈등을 어떻게 해결할 것인가요?
4·3근무제를 도입하여 순환 운영하는 7일 경영기업의 기존 직원들로 이루어지는 4일 집약근무 그룹은 4일 동안 하루 10시간씩 주 40시간을 근무하게 되는데 주 5일 근무와 근무시간에서 차이가 없기 때문에 동일한 임금 지급에는 큰 문제가 없습니다.
그리고 신입직원과 은퇴세대들로 구성되는 3일 집약근무 그룹은 3일 동안 하루 10시간씩 주 30시간을 근무하며 적정한 임금을 받게 되고 업무가 숙련된 직원은 4일 집약근무 그룹으로 전환하여 더 많은 임금을 받을 수도 있습니다.
또한 정해진 목표가 초과 달성되면 임금을 인상하거나 주간 업무일수를 줄이는 자유로운 선택도 가능하기 때문에 임금으로 인한 갈등은 충분히 해소할 수 있습니다.
