The people were inevitably concentrated in the city due to the difficulty of the independent business. But if with the 7(4+3)-day management, the companies that share the facilities become competitive and we can overcome the crisis easily. This system does not mean alone, it is helpful based on sharing and synergy giving the helping hand to the rural cities. Namely, its basic spirit is to give people equal opportunities to have places to work whenever they have time to work. Its idea is to increase the laborer's income more than the idler's unearned income in this way. It's the policy helpful to a country to become an economic powerhouse with the east-west exchange and the unification of north and south by the practice in this way. |
Q21. 이렇게 7일 경제 산업 발달로 인한 도시와 지방의 빈부격차는 커질 수 있지 않나요?
그렇지 않습니다. 지방의 경우 독립적인 사업이 힘들기 때문에 도시로 집중할 수 밖에 없었지만 4.3근무제, 7일경영제가 도입되면 그 시설을 공유하는 기업들 사이에 또 다시 공유하고 나눌 수 있는 부분들이 생겨나 기업 경쟁력이 높아지고 국제적인 위기를 쉽게 극복해 갈 수 있습니다. 이 제도는 혼자가 아닌 함께 나누며 스스로 시너지를 높이는 것을 바탕으로 하고 있어 지방에서의 사업체 운영에도 많은 도움을 주게 됩니다. 다시 말해 시간이 있는 사람은 언제나 원하는 일자리의 공간을 사용할 수 있도록 평등한 기회를 주자는 것이 기본 정신입니다. 이렇게 하여 게으른 자의 불로소득 보다 부지런한 노동자의 소득이 더 높아져야 한다는 것이 7일경제의 철학이며 이렇게 실천하여야만 세계 경제강국이 되어 동서교류 남북통일을 이룰 수 있는 정책이 되기 때문입니다.
