Q14. Government’s struggle has no effect on the activation of the real estate market until now. It’s inevitable because of the overall market downturn and the global economic recession. What do you expect them do to boost the real estate market in this situation?
The apartment value in Cheonan and Asan, the industrial complex recently rose more than 12% during the year. It’s the numerical value higher than the average rate (2.4%) in the country and the rate (4.9%) in 6 cities (9-27-2012, The Chosun Ilbo). As you see in this part, Employment stability can lead a rise in real estate prices. And also, if all production facilities and offices solve the problem by initiating 7-day work system that is conducted by 4-day or 3-day work system, it can elevate the productivity for more than 2~4 times by 2 shifts and 3 shifts system. The real estate will be recognized depending on its productivity values not depending on the ownership value. Increase of the employment and the utilization of the idle facilities through 4+3 intensive work system will be the alternative clearly helping the recovery of the real estate economy.
