Q12. To settle 4+3 day work system, people should invest to factory establishment and production facilities, is there any method to solve the risk about the investment?
I know people are afraid that the 4-day workweek is just a uniformed plan like changing the 6 day work system to the 5-day workweek but, it’s a system that two companies work in one business space for working intensively in turn for 4 days or 3 days. It’s the innovated economy system just suitable for this era without any of the additional building expansion or the equipment investment. Namely, the existing system is based on supporting the companies until now, but 4+3 day work system can be described as a system that is supporting the company, the owners, the workers, the nation and even consumers. |

즉 지금까지는 기업을 지원하는 제도 기반이었다면 주4+3근무제는 회사, 경영자, 근로자, 국가, 소비자까지 동시에 지원하는 제도라 할 수 있습니다.
