It’s the concept regarding the welfare of the workers, job creation, and the high productivity while having the experts work longer and reducing the labor costs. However, for the companies that run the factory 24 hours a day without holiday and in the sector, the completion period of the project is important, 4+3 day work system can be impossible to initiate. But, you still can conduct the 4+3 day work system in case of the clerical workers of those companies. For example, you can divide the space of the white color employees including sales and business supporters, tax, and accounting staffs except for the blue color employees. And the empty space during the 3 day of holiday can be rented by other organization or the company making distribution line. |

꼭 그렇지는 않습니다. 5일 근무제를 기본으로 하고 있기 때문에 인사관리에서 현격한 차이가 납니다. 7일경제는 주4일근무 또는 주 3일근무를 하면서 공휴일 없이 365일 생산라인을 돌리자는 것이며, 근로자가 교대로 일하자는 것으로 연장근무 수당을 높이는 것과는 근본적으로 다릅니다. 근로자의 복지를 실천하면서 일자리도 창출하고 동시에 생산성을 높이면서 숙련된 은퇴자의 정년기간을 연장하면서 인건비 부담도 줄이자는 것입니다. 단, 기존에 휴일 없이 공장을 24시간 가동하고 있는 업체들의 경우와 프로젝트 완료 기간이 중요한 업종에서는 주 4+3 집약근무의 도입자체가 힘들 수 있습니다. 그러나 이 기업들의 사무직은 주 4+3 집약근무가 가능 합니다.
예를 들자면 영업과 경영지원, 세무, 회계 담당직원 등 생산직 외의 사무직 직원들이 근무하는 공간을 나눌 수 있습니다. 그리고 이들이 쉬는 3일 간의 사무 공간을 새로운 유통라인을 만드는 조직이나 기업이 들어와도 됩니다.
