If the companies implementing the 7(4+3)-day workweek system share the information, the structure of circular economy would be generated for both the workers unions and the managements. This would be the figure and the difference of the nice economy generated by the 4+3 day working system comparing to the simple 4-day workweek. And, 4+3 day working system can be the alternative that triggers domestic economy activity after securing the employment stability and the company competitiveness.
