즉, 주 4일, 주 3일씩 근무하여 7일간의 생산성과 시너지를 높이자는 구체화 된 내용입니다.
1단계는 근로법을 기준한 주 40시간 근무를 하루 10시간씩 4일간 집약근무를 하고, 2단계는 노사 간의 협의에 따른 초과 목표를 달성하면, 하루 8시간 근무로 전환하거나 연봉을 인상 하자는 것입니다.
결론은 근로자의 자발적인 노력으로 얻어진 생산성 향상의 결과를 노동시간 단축으로도 환원 받을 수 있다는 것이며, 또 하나의 목표는 3일간의 유휴시설을 활용하여 새로운 일자리를 창출하는 7일 경영을 하자는 것입니다.

What we are offering has a very different idea from the 4-day workweek the advanced country implemented for the labor and energy costs reduction. Namely, its content is to heighten the 7-day work productivity and synergy after working 4 days, or 3 days a week. First stage is for working 40 hours a week, 10 hours a day for 4 days according to the labor law. Second stage is transforming into working 8 hours a day or wages increase, depending on if the goal has been achieved. The conclusion is that the result of higher productivity that is gained by the voluntary efforts of the workers can be paid back by the reduction of the working hours. Another goal is to create new jobs during the 3 days of holiday in the 7-day work system. And this system is so achievable for the majority of the company that it can be quickly spread with the budget support and the tax benefits of government.
