Q2. What is, then, different between 4+3 work day, namely the 7-day work system and the 5-day workweek, 5-day economy?
I mean that we can avoid the 5-day workweek system in which we go to work and finish working at the same time and in which we eat and rest at the same time. We can create the various businesses and jobs where we can work even on the public holidays like Saturdays or Sundays to make the society keep working at the desired times and in the desired spaces. It has a goal to create more jobs in the short term and to contribute to the economy revitalization at the same. The existing people can work only 4 days a week and the retired or the non-regular workers can work 1 day or 3 days a week so that we can conduct the 7-day management creating ‘Nice economy’ that offers more than 3~4 days of holidays to the workers.

매일 모든 직장인이 똑같이 출근하고 먹고 자고 일하고 쉬는 단방향성의 5일근무제가 아니라 원하는 시간과 공간에서 언제나 일을 하는 사회를 만들기 위해 공유일, 토요일, 일요일에도 일할 수 있는 다양한 사업과 일자리를 만들어 단기간에 일자리 창출과 경제활성을 동시에 효과를 거두자는 목적으로 기존의 근로자는 매주 4일만 일하고 명퇴자와 실업청년과 비정규직은 주 1~ 3일간 일하여 회사는 7일 경영을 하자는 것입니다. 그렇게 하여 모든 근로자에게 매주 3일~4일 이상의 휴일을 선물하는 ‘착한경제‘를 만들자는 것이죠!
