 The 7-day management is already running at the Hyundai Motor factory. But it is not 4+3 day work system. It’s only day and night shift. It seems that there is no need for 7-day management but it's different when we take a closer look at it. We need to see it largely as a conflict between the business community and the labor community. The reason is that the result of this fight can be an important instance for other non-regular workers of other large companies. But, the 7-day economy can solve this problem after supplying sufficient jobs due to the active 7-day economy. In many companies, we'll see a significant increase of non-regular workers switched into the regular workers. Hyundai doesn't have to mind the situations of other large companies, and the negotiations for the full-time switch will be possible. If Hyundai production plant implements the 4+3 day work system operation in four shifts instead of 2 shifts, it will cut the murderous 3,500 work hours per year to present the holidays and the happiness.
