Q82. 활동중인 세계 국제기구가 2만 천여 개라고 합니다. 이중 한국에는 27개 기구가 있으며 대부분이 지역사무소 수준의 작은 조직이라고 합니다. 그렇기 때문에 이번 “녹색기후기금(GCF)”본부의 송도 유치가 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있는데요. 주 4+3일 근무제가 국제기구를 유치한다면 어떤 기구가 한국으로 올 수 있을까요?

주4+3근무 7일경제는 노·사·정 모두에게 환영받는 제도입니다. 이를 통해 위기를 극복하고 국가적인 발전방향을 찾아갈 수 있기 때문에 경제발전을 지원하는 국제단체라면 7일경제 확산과 컨설팅을 위한 기구를 만들 수 있습니다.
가장 먼저 생각해 볼 수 있는 것은 “녹색기후기금”과 같이 유엔 산하의 신설 국제기구를 만드는 것으로 후진국의 경제발전을 지원하는 7일경제 후원기구를 만든다면 한국 유치가 가능합니다.
또한 빈곤문제 해결이 목적인 세계은행에서 빈곤 국가의 경제독립 지원을 위한 산하기구를 만들어 7일경제를 도입한다면 이 기관의 한국본부 유치가 가능합니다.

This system is what is welcomed by everyone, workers, companies and government. The organization that supports the world economy can establish some organizations for consulting about the 7-day management system because we can get over the crisis and move towards the advancement. Firstly, we can establish a new organization under UN like the “Green Climate Fund” and then establish a new institution to support the 7-day economy and to help the economy of developing countries. Then, we can invite some international organizations. And we can persuade the World Bank to establish the institution to support the economic independence of the poor countries and to implement the 7-day economy system. I think we can invite this organization too.
