The 42.2% of technology leakage is caused by the scouts of the large companies. This is the impediment of the growth of the small companies. Q80. 지난 2012년 10월 22일 중소기업기술정보 진흥원에 따르면 최근 3년 이내에 기술유출을 경험한 기업이 12.5%에 달하며 피해액은 건당 평균 15억8,000만 원인 것으로 조사되었습니다. 이중 대기업의 인력스카우트가 42.2%로 가장 많았다고 하는데요. 이는 중소기업의 성장을 저해하는 큰 원인이기도 합니다. 7일경제가 활성화 된다면 이런 문제도 해결될까요?

대기업에 스카우트 되는 중소기업의 직원들이 대기업을 선호하는 이유는 중소기업보다 높은 임금, 다양한 분야의 체험, 교육이나 연수 기회 등 여러 가지가 있지만 특히 임금에서 가장 큰 이유가 될 것입니다.
7일경제 사회에서 주 4일간 근무하는 경력직원은 능력과 성과에 따라 임금을 올려주거나 동일한 임금을 유지하면서 근무일수를 줄여줄 수 있습니다. 이렇게 주 3~2일 근무로 줄이면서 동시에 회사 간에 협약된 다른 회사에서 자신의 경력과 노하우를 살려 주 2~3일을 추가로 근무할 수 있게 되면 원하는 임금과 다양한 업무분야를 체험할 수 있게 됩니다.
그리고 7일경영을 함께하는 중소기업들이 연합하여 공동으로 직원들에게 교육과 연수의 기회를 제공한다면 대기업으로의 기술유출을 최소화 할 수 있습니다.

The reasons why the employees of the small companies prefer to work in the large companies are the higher wage, experience of various fields, the chance of education and training. The biggest reason is the wage among those. The wages of experienced staffs working 4 days a week can be raised depending on their abilities and performances, or the working hours can be reduced keeping the same wage. They can choose to work less and work more in addition to work 2 ~ 3 days in another company with their abilities resulting the desirable wages and the various careers in 7-day economy. And if the small companies jointly provide the employees with the educational trainings, the technology leakage will be minimized.
