장기적인 경기불황으로 대기업, 공기업 등의 직원채용이 줄어들고 문 닫는 기업 역시 늘어가고 있어 원하는 기업에 취직하는 것이 점점 어려워지고 있습니다. 기업 입장에서는 조금이라도 젊고, 좀 더 나은 스펙을 가진 직원을 채용하려 하니 취업준비생 입장에서도 다른 경쟁자들 보다 우위에 서기 위해 취업을 위한 재수도 마다하지 않는 시대가 되어 버렸습니다.
결국, 과학고 학생들의 조기졸업이 늘어나는 이유는 남들보다 먼저 고등학교와 대학교를 졸업하고 소위 좋은 직업 - 의대. 치대. 한의대와 대기업을 선택하기 위함입니다. 유휴자원을 활용하는 7일 경제가 도입된다면 새롭고 다양한 일자리가 마련 될 것이고 5일근무제가 야기 시키는 일자리 부족에서 오는 극심한 경쟁을 완화 시킬 수 있어 어린 학생들의 조기졸업 또한 상당부분 감소할 것으로 예상합니다.

Recruitment of big and public companies reduces, and some of the companies close. Getting a job in a desirable company is getting harder and harder. The companies try to hire younger and more qualified staffs so that the job seekers are willing to study one more year trying to be on the superiority in this era. The students of science high school chose to graduate earlier than others to go to the nicer universities and the companies such as medical schools and the large corporations. If the 7-day management system is implemented, the new and various jobs will be prepared and relieve the competitive spirits between students and parents so that the early graduates will be reduced.
