72. 전세값이 부동산경기 침체가 장기화 되면서 계속 오르고 있는데요. 전세값 상승기조가 국가경제를 위하여 좋은가요? 안 좋은가요? 그리고, 주 4+3일 근무제의 입장에서 바라보는 시각은 어떻습니까?
부동산 경기가 장시간 불황이 될 것으로 보이면서, 주택을 구입하려는 사람이 줄고 전세나 월세를 사는 수요자들이 늘면서 전세값이 상승하는 것으로 9월대비 10월 전국적으로 평균 0.2% 상승하였다고 합니다. 지금 전세값 상승은 세입자나 주택보유자나 모두 빚 위험으로 심각한 상황입니다.
국가경제는 좋을지 모르나 서민들에게는 대출부담으로 매우 어려워하고 있어요. 여기서 우리가 주4+3일근무제 7일경제를 도입하면 서민들이 어려움을 헤쳐 나가는데 많은 도움이 될 것이라고 생각합니다. 주4+3일 근무제가 실현되면 일자리가 늘어나므로 세입자나 주택보유자들의 수입이 늘어나, 대출금을 갚아나가고 경제적인 여유로 자연스럽게 부동산 경기도 안정화 될 것으로 판단합니다.

I think the real estate market recession will be for a long time. It’s because of the decrease of house buyers and increase of the lease consumers. It nationally rose 0.2% in November comparing to September. The rise of house leasing price is threatening to the both owners and tenants due to the bank debts. It may be good to the national economy but the common people are suffering from the bank debts. In this situation, the 4+3 day work system will help people a lot to get over the hardships. Thanks to the jobs, the house owners and the tenants will have the more incomes and manage to repay the loan and the real estate market will be stable because the people afford it.
