71. 이렇게 모든 문제의 해답을 가진 제도가 아직까지 활성화 되지 못한 이유는 무엇인가요?
아직 발표를 하지 않아 알고 있는 사람이 없기 때문입니다. 현재의 주 5일 근무제는 무한 경쟁 속에서 살아남기 위해 집단 이기심과 소유욕으로 뭉친 조직사회가 진화하며 빈부차이만 높이는 근로제도로 변질되었습니다. 그러나 주4+3근무 7일경제는 기회평등을 제공하는 혁신사회로 현실적인 문제를 적극 해결해 주며 함께 채우고 나누는 근무제도가 되어 빈부차이를 줄이며 소통하는 사회로 변신될 것입니다.
어떤 이가 욕심을 부리더라도 상호 발전 방향을 제시해 줌으로써 7일경제를 실천하지 않는 기업과 근로자는 막대한 손해가 예상됨으로 경쟁적으로 실천하는 제도로 자리잡을 것입니다. 주4+3근무와 7일경제의 바탕에는 공유와 나눔이 깔려 있습니다. 궁극적인 행복은 나눔이라는 것을 누구나 현실에서 경험할 수 있을 것입니다.
경영자와 근로자가 조금만 협력하면 서로 소득이 높아지고 시간과 공간을 나눌수록 더욱 행복해지고 더 큰 시너지를 얻을 수 있다는 개념을 이해하는 순간 스스로 희망을 향하여 움직이는 제도가 될 것입니다.

Because the people don’t know since it is not released yet. The organized society full of the selfishness and possessiveness transformed the 5-day workweek into the current labor system in order to survive in the infinite competition that enlarges the gap between the rich and the poor. But, the 4+3, 7-day work system will offer the solution for the real problems and will present the equal opportunity to share and will fill the gap between the rich and poor and will change the society into the society where people keep communicating. This system will be settled even though when someone makes a pig of oneself, because the both companies and workers can have apprehension about the enormous damage if without implementing 7-day work system. 4+3, 7-day work system is based on sharing. Everybody can experience that the ultimate happiness is sharing the love. If the employers and the employees once know the concept of this system for sharing the space, or the time to cooperate for the higher incomes and to be happier, this will be the system where the people would move toward.
