65. 그렇다면 교육제도의 개혁을 주4+3근무제로 주도할 방법은 없나요?
교육제도의 개혁이 쉽지는 않겠지만 주4+3근무제로 어느 정도 해법을 찾아갈 수는 있습니다.
우선 현 5일제 수업을 4일제로 바꾸는 것입니다. 미국에서는 이미 여러 주에서 예산절감을 위해 4일 교육을 실시하고 있습니다. 우리도 이렇게 4일 교육을 통해 예산을 절감하고 3일간 쉬는 학교 시설을 현 ‘방과후 학교’제도를 확대하여 3일 동안은 예능, 과학실험, 실기체험 등의 현장 학습프로그램에 투자하는 겁니다. 대학교의 시설과 많은 연구소의 시설까지 연계하여 공유하면 실습교육비를 낮출 수 있고, 적은 교육예산 지원으로도 사교육비를 줄이고 체험교육 효과를 높일 수 있으며, 현장학습 전문교육자의 일자리 창출은 물론 아이들이 원하는 다양한 교육을 통해 자신의 적성을 찾아 갈 수 있도록 지원해 줄 수 있습니다.

The reform of the educational system is not easy but we can find the solution in a way in 4+3 system. We can change the 5 school days system to 4 school days system. In several states of America, they implemented the 4 school days system due to the budget. We can save the budget by performing the 4 school days system. And we can make the investment to the ‘After school program’ such as arts science experiments, and practical experiences during the rest 3 days. We can associate with the university and laboratory facilities to reduce the educational expenses and to create the new good jobs for the professional educators. Of course the children will have the various educations and then find their aptitude.
