Job stability and the revival of the economy help increasing the birthrate for sure. But we still have the difficulties without the reform of the current education system to raise the birthrate more. I expect it will help the increase in the marriage rate, the decrease in the divorce rate, the reduction of crime, the distribution of traffic, the control of the electricity reserve margin, the change in workload. All these miracles can be performed by working 2 hours early.
