기업들 간의 협약을 맺는 이유 중 하나가 기밀 유출문제에 있습니다. 이 문제를 방지하기 위해 협약을 맺은 기업에서만 투잡을 허용하는 것입니다. 주5일 근무제는 이러한 문제를 예방하기 위하여 투잡을 허용할 수 없는 것이고 능력 있는 직원은 퇴직을 하여 새로 시작하여야 하는 문제와 비도덕적인 행위로 생각되어 결국은 서로의 발목을 잡고 있는 관계가 될 수도 있는 문제입니다.
투잡을 허용과 둘이상의 기업 간에 자사 기술과 노하우를 직원 공유를 통해 공유할 수 있는 ‘지혜로운 협약’으로 7일경영이 성공한다면 중소기업이더라도 기술, 경쟁력에서 1등 기업이 탄생할 수 있는 경영전략이 됩니다.

The reason why the companies enter into the contracts lies on the confidentiality problem. To prevent the confidential problems, the employers can permit the employees work only in the associated company. The 5-day workweek can’t offer this merit and the competent workers have to retire when they want to have another job. It’s a sticking point between the employers and the employees. If they share the technologies and the know-how between two companies through the reasonable agreement, the small companies can be the leading the technologies and the competences.
