정부기관의 성격에 따라 주 4+3근무제 도입이 필요합니다. 기업이 4+3근무를 하게 된다면 집중근무에 따른 생산성 향상을 위해 관공서의 빠른 업무 처리가 기업에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있습니다. 또한 관공서도 7일경영제를 도입하여 공무원의 50%가 각각 주 4일 근무, 주 3일 근무를 한다면 안으로는 공무원의 근로복지와 삶의 질을 향상 시킬 수 있으며, 밖으로는 근무인력의 4일 3일 분산으로 생긴 여유 공간과 시설을 봉사단체나 사회적 기업에 지원하여 이들을 육성, 활성화하여 복지비를 대폭 절감할 수 있습니다. 실제로 미국의 유타주 공무원의 주 4일 근무 시행으로 업무 진행이나 서류작업이 빨라진 것을 장점으로 꼽았습니다.

Government needs to implement the 4+3 day work system depending on the natures of the organizations. If they work 4+3 days a week, the faster paperwork of the government office can be largely helpful to companies. And if half of the government officials each work 4 days a week or 3 days a week after initiating the 7-day management, they can improve the labor welfare and the quality of life inside and they can save the welfare costs by providing the idle spaces or the idle facilities to the service organizations or the social enterprises outside. It is believed that the paperwork of the officials of the state of Utah, US, became faster after implementation of 4-day work system.
