If you competitively work 10 hours a day, 4 days a week in turn utilizing the idle resources, the working hours are not reduced. But when you finish your work within 4 days while others finish it in 5 days and when you cooperate having your partner utilize the idle facilities during the holidays, the numbers of jobs and revenues increase while synergies and corporate competitiveness increase.
