극동건설은 무리한 사업 확장과 건설경기 불황이 겹치면서 법정관리를 신청한 것으로 압니다. 웅진그룹 차원에서 주 4일+3일 근무체계로 전환하여 인력 50%는 주4일 근무를 50%는 주3일 근무를 하여 필요한 인력을 유지하되 인건비 절감을 거두며 기존시스템을 최대한 활용하여 생산, 영업, 투자유치 등을 해야 합니다. 그리하면 상황에 따른 시나리오경영 조절이 가능하여 원가 절감이 수익으로 이어져 4·3근무제 도입 후 6개월 ~ 1년이면 어려움을 이겨낼 수 있습니다.

I know Kuk Dong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. filed for court receivership due to the excessive expansion of business and the construction recession. Woongjin group should change the system to 4+3 day work system having the half of the human resources work for 4 days and having the other half work for 3 days a week to secure the necessary workers while saving labor cost, utilizing the existing system to maintain the production, the marketing and to attract the investment. In this way, the control management is possible and the cost reduction becomes profit. And after 6 months from the implementation of the 4+3 day work system, the company can overcome the difficulties.
