1) The reason why the low income self-employed increases is because of the insufficient jobs. People wouldn’t be self-employed with the low income if there are a lot of stable jobs where people can work as much as they want. If the small companies suffering in large companies-oriented economy cooperate to conduct “4+3 intensive work system”, the job creation will be 2 times to 4 times. In this way, the job numbers become more than the job seekers so that the workers will get better treatments while the companies secure the competitiveness with the maximum productivity without the high labor costs 2) The 7-day management system is based on the sharing and the joint ownership. It’s not just to share the facilities, the offices, the stores or the factories. Its intention is to share the abilities and the know-how for the mutual benefits to cooperate in the business.
