Q46. 정부가 중소기업 일자리 창출을 위해 지원할 것이 있다면 무엇이 있을까요?
지금은 물질과 인력 등이 넘쳐나는 사회입니다. 정부는 사용하지 않는 시설을 공유해서 사용 할 수 있도록 법적제도를 마련, 기업이 수월하게 일자리를 창출 할 수 있도록 도와주어야 합니다.
일자리 창출의 핵심인 4·3근무제를 시행하는 기업과 취업자에게 일자리 촉진지원금 제도 및 세제 혜택을 주는 방법도 검토해야 합니다. 법적으로 지원 제도가 뒷받침 된다면 주 3일간의 생산성을 십분 발휘 할 수 있게 되어 노·사·정 모두 상생할 수 있습니다.

We are living in the society full of materials and human resources. Government should help companies to create jobs while sharing the idle facilities after establishing the legal system. We have to review the employment promotion funding system including the tax benefit to help the companies that implement the 4+3 day work system, the core of job creation and to help the job seekers. Through the legal assistance, the 3-day work system will help the workers, companies, and government at the same time to be mutually beneficial.
