In the 5-day workweek, job seekers want high wages but the employers want to pay the lower wages without the future guarantee regardless of the work environment with the higher risk about the natural selection. The average wage the employers offered was 1,550,000 won last August, but the job seekers’ desirable average was 1,707,000. In the 4+3 day work system, they work 10 hours a day, 4 days a week so that they are satisfied having more wages and more holiday. They can do another job in one day during 3 days of holiday or to spend time for the self-development. We can work for 3 days after resting 4 days and vice versa so that we can easily secure the manpower and even can hire the high quality human resources through the staffing companies.
