Yes, 3-day workers’ average wage will be fixed low for sure. So that they can have the competitive cost savings and can challenge a new business. But in case of 3-day work system, if they raise the productivity, through the combination of the know-how of the retired generation, the enthusiasm of the young job seekers, and the IT technology automation, the gap between the rich and poor will not be forever. And the gap between rich and poor will become the separate issue since they are happy spending spare time to prepare the future.
¨ç The wages are expected to be increased due to the stable jobs of the retired generation and with the improvement of the productivity through the accumulated wisdom and experience of them.
¨è And the productivity will not fall because they don't have to challenge a new job while dealing with the same job they used to handle before the retirement
¨é The young job seekers can experience, can spend time for the self-development, can learn the know-how from the elderly people, and can communicate while working with the retiree. They can have the higher wages through 2 jobs or depending on their efforts.
