The problem is that the low-income families have the less capitals, the hereditary poverty is based on this. The 4+3 management system can offer them the business initiation with the little capital and contains the plans that minimize the risks. As I mentioned before, if we have various places to rent, we can combine our ideas to the marketing while sharing the existing facilities and experiencing in advance before investing to the business. This experiment for establishing the business can be a new business model and become the aggressive strategy let them believe they can win through these experiments. If the government proclaims the 7-day management testing area and support with the revised laws including the tax benefits, it will be settled very quickly.
