According to the ‘budget 2013’ announced by the government, the budget is 29.8 billion won, less than 3 million won per person regarding the job of the middle aged class. 2 trillion and 6,722 billion won organized for the employment budget but it’s ineffectual without persistence with only 4,530,000 won per person. What is necessary for them is not the short-term job but the stable job. If the government supports the 3-day intensive work system in the long term with this budget and if the companies that were supported by the government hire the sliver class for 3 days to 1 day, we can re-use their know-how and let them work depending on their health status that is effectively contributing to the maintaining employment.
