Mr. Park working for a social company protests for sharing the facilities while S group take rest. He is injured by the service company forces in the middle of the dissolution process during the signature campaign and stand in court appealing it's unfair. Mr. Park creates an issue in court about the idle facilities that is abandoned because of the company selfishness not about the injury due to the enforced dissolution. Mr. Park in defense appealed that "S group sold the goods containing the costs of day offs so that the consumers paid for the maintenance and the labor costs. We paid for the S group's goods that contain the holiday costs to invest for the holiday and it's not free of charge. S group should share the facilities because the consumer paid for the holiday". He draws a much attention. The court identify that a commodity manufacturing company contained the holiday costs in fact, and adjudicate that S group has a duty of disclosure about the consumers' misunderstandings but did not perform it. S group's attorney disputes 'If you buy the products it means you buy the products only, not the facilities of S group. All consumers recognize that the goods contain the holiday costs and they buy the products only. The court adjudicates “Capitalism before 19th century was like the bartering so that they only exchange the products with money and it was difficult to discuss the ownership of the facility, but in the current liberal democracy, the private ownership is required to be reasonable. S group provided the products contain the costs of idle facilities for granted but the consumers couldn't recognize and paid for the idle facilities without social commitment." The court stands by Mr. Park. So, the social company of Mr. Park is designated to use the idle facilities of S group during the holiday by the consumers' vote. Mr. Park suggests 4+3 day work system to S group and pays for the right to the use of technology. He operates S group for 3 days and sells the products cheaply to the charity and to the foreign countries to avoid compete with S group. And the profits are used for building other social companies creating jobs. Since the verdict, the 4+3 day work system prevails across the Korean economy and Korean economy reaches its peak. Since then, on the cover of every product, it says "This product cost contains the cost of the facility maintenance and labor costs including the paid holiday vacation prices.
