스토리 39. 나무 그늘 아래서 자라는 버섯을 본 환경운동가가 5일근무제의 중소 공장을 한 지역으로 이동하는 플랜 실천.

He sees a mushroom growing to share the space under the shadow of a tree in front of his house and feels that the small factory should be like this. He moves the small factory to an eco-friendly industrial estate equipped with all sewage and special waste disposal, and other waste disposal facilities after designing the large scaled industrial land provided by Gyeonggi province under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Finance. These factories should share the facilities and the production lines to work 4 days and 3 days a week in turn. The public transportation which is suitable to the factory intensive area should be secured to let the workers use. The reduction in carbon emissions shall be known to the world and the facilities and equipment shall be sold to the world.

집 앞 나무그늘 아래서 버섯이 한 공간을 함께 공유하는 것을 보고 중소 공장이 이러해야 함을 느낀다. 환경부와 재경부의 지원하에 경기도에서 제공한 대규모 부지를 산업시설로 설계하되 모든 상하수도와 특수 폐기물 처리, 기타 오물처리시설을 함께 갖춘 친환경 산업단지를 만들고 이곳으로 중소기업 공장을 이주시킨다.
이들 공장들은 설비와 생산라인을 함께 공유할 수 있는 업체들 중에 4일이나 3일 가동이 가능한 업체들을 묶어 4일근무 3일근무 또는 4일근무 4일근무 등 교대로 운영할 수 있도록 지원한다. 공장 집중지역의 특성에 맞는 대중교통을 확충하여 모든 근로자가 대중교통을 이용하고 여기서 얻은 탄소배출감소효과를 세계에 알리고, 이러한 시설과 설비를 국가 차원에서 세계에 판매한다.
