The UN conducts the public peace, the economic security, and the policymaking on consignment for a period of time at the border of world disputed areas. The UN negotiates for exercising the government's right to support the undeveloped countries to be economically independent through the inducement of investments and the job creation and the productivity improvement in the 4+3 day work system. The UN establishes an economic peace secretariat near Panmunjeom for Korea that requested for building the "International Economic aid agency through the 7-day economy system". Korea, the last divided country transformed into a country supporting from a country receiving symbolically utilizes north Korea to announce 3.8 Line border as the peace zone and to relieve the confrontation under the North-South agreement and Unanimous UN headquarters. General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon visits the young Kim Jong-un North Korea to offer three million jobs, while conveying their intention to support the development of the resources of the North to negotiate an agreement. South and North come to an agreement. They build the accommodation. South Korean workers work 3 days and North Koreans work 4 days in turn. To maintain this, they come to an agreement not to approach the 3.8 border because it's recognized as a temporary state. * If UN persuades the large corporations to invest and build the social enterprise in the peace zone and the underdeveloped area, (Korea supports them with the special education to communicate and special technology to get jobs in Korea). All products manufactured in the companies that implemented the 4+3 day work system under the supervision of the UN is sold only for the vulnerable and underdeveloped countries. |
세계 분쟁지역의 치안유지와 동시에 경제평화 정책수립, 운영도 UN에서 일정기간 3.8선 경계지역에서 위탁수행하게 된다. UN의 협상을 통해 위탁 받은 7일경제 지원권한과 치안권을 행사하여 글로벌 기업의 투자를 유치, 4.3 근무제로 일자리창출과 생산성 향상을 통해 경제독립국으로 발전하도록 지원한다. "7일경제를 통한 국제 경제원조 기구"를 만들자고 최초로 제안한 한국을 위해 판문점 옆에 경제평화 사무국을 설립한다. 세계에서 마지막 분단국이자 원조국에서 후원국이 된 최초의 한국과 원조가 필요한 북한을 상징적으로 활용하며 3.8선 경계지역을 평화존으로 선포하여 남북의 대치상황을 해소하기로 남북 합의와 유엔본부의 만장일치로 한시적 국가를 선포한다. 이어서 반기문 유엔총장을 방문한 김정은에게 북한 청년 300만 일자리를 남한이 지원하겠다는 의사를 전하면서 북한의 자원을 개발할 수 있는 권한을 남한과 협상하도록 중개하여 합의에 이른다. 이렇게 하여 3.8선 경계지역에 생산시설과 숙소를 짓고 남한 근로자가 3일간 일하고 남한에서 4일간 쉬고 북한근로자가 4일간 일하고 북한에서 3일간 쉬고 서로 숙소와 회사를 교대로 사용하며 일한다. 이러한 관리를 위해 3.8선 경계지역을 남북한이 절대 침범을 못하도록 합의를 한다. 한시적인 국가로 인정하였기 때문이다. 그리하여 무기 배치나 훈련을 근접지역에서 못하도록 규정이 내려진다. 단, 양국이 평화통일을 문제없이 합의하여 선포하면 일정기간 이후에 무조건 한시적으로 인정한 국가영토를 반환하기로 한다. 어느 날 평화통일을 이룬다. * UN이 설득하여 대기업의 투자 및 국제원조 기금으로 일자리 창출 사회적 기업을 평화존 지역과 외국에 설립하면 (한글 교육을 지원하면서 간단한 업무지시와 매뉴얼은 한글로 작성 소통하도록 현지 근로자들을 한국에 취업하여 일정기간 기술과 한국어를 배우고 체험하게 하여 자국으로 귀국하면) UN이 투자 협약 관리하는 기업에서 4-3근무제를 통해 일하여 생산된 제품은 수출국과 수입국 모두에게 세제 혜택을 적용하여 취약 계층과 개발도상국에게만 판매한다. |
