| The representative of a company that sells the manufactured goods in Thailand meets Thailand's prime minister due to the tariff rise to suggest 5,000 jobs for Thai youths. He signs the contract that offers the duty free export of the goods produced by the Thai employees to Thailand. He turns his factory into the 4 day work system and appoints a veteran person on the eve of his retirement as a person in charge of the 3 day work team to educate and to maintain the Thai employees. And, all products are to be exported to Thailand. It's a story about human rights of workers and about the harmony of the workers who overcame the problem. | 태국에 공산품을 판매하던 업체에서 관세가 높아지자 태국 수상을 만나 5,000명을 한국에서 고용하여 여기서 생산된 상품만 태국에 무관세로 수출하는 계약을 체결하고 자사 공장을 주4일제로 바꾸고 정년 퇴임을 앞둔 생산직 베테랑을 3일근무 책임자로 임명하여 태국의 노동자를 교육, 관리하며 출하된 제품을 전량 태국으로 수출한다. 여기서 발생되는 노동자 인권문제와 이를 극복하며 조화를 이루어가는 노동자들의 스토리. |
