| A and B companies that were 1st and 2nd companies of the office equipment industry merges into 7-day economy system to survive after pushed back in advertising and marketing of the conglomerates. The existing employees make the products of A company that has the higher market share and the retirees and the recently employed young staffs make products of B to increase the price competitiveness as much as the cost savings. Both companies share the technology research and development to secure the technological competitiveness. They conduct AS service without holidays through 4-3 day work system. They become industry's first class beating the conglomerates. |
대기업 진출로 광고와 마케팅에서 밀리게 되자 사무기기부문 매출 1, 2위 기업인 A사와 B사는 생존을 위해 7일경영제로 합병한다. 4일은 기존 직원들이 시장점유율과 생산량이 많은 A사 제품을 3일은 정년퇴직 예정이거나 정년 퇴임한 근로자와 청년 실업자들을 채용하여 B사 제품을 만들면서 원가 절감분 만큼의 가격 경쟁력을 높이고 기술연구, 개발을 공유하여 기술경쟁력도 확보한다. A/S도 4-3근무를 통해 휴일 없이 가동되어 대기업을 제치고 1위 기업으로 재도약 한다. |
