| The construction companies of the city invest on the houses and the farms to build the pensions for both the residents and the visitors and jointly operate together. The residents can operate the pensions 4 days during weekdays, and the construction companies can operate 3 days to make mutual benefits. The crops are available to the visitors during stay and in a special market such as internet malls. Everybody is successful in this town. | 산촌마을에 도시의 건설사가 마을사람들의 집터와 농터를 투자하게 하여 팬션과 마을 주민이 살 수 있는 집을 만들어 주고 공동 펜션 운영을 제안한다. 주중 4일은 마을주민들이 운영하여 수익을 가지며, 주 3일은 건설사가 운영하여 수익을 만들기로 한다. 팬션지역 외의 농터에서 수확한 생산품을 팬션 숙박객들이 머무는 동안 먹을 수 있게 제공하여 농촌인심을 베풀고 신선한 농산물의 맛을 본 사람들이 직거래 할 수 있는 매장과 인터넷 장터를 만들어 부수익을 얻게 되자 모두가 성공하는 마을이 된다. |
