| Mr. Kim returns to the hometown from Seoul after losing his job. The home town people are growing farms as they were but suffering from crop damages due to the weather change. Only the distributors are making good money in that situation. Mr. Kim visits the restaurants that used to be partners and suggests the organic products after consultation with the home town farmers. The farmers cooperate to use the natural fertilizers and the natural pesticides through using the chickens, ducks, and other animals and insects to produce the organic foods without using the agrochemical. They share the farm fields to gain the multiple benefits. They build the farm experience weekends using the empty houses and rooms to sell the tourism products to the consumers. They also promote the organic agricultural products experience program in the 7-day management companies. Old man who saw all of these participates in this project. The town becomes a huge rich town. Park Won-Sun, the mayor of Seoul finds this is good later and supports the policy for the 'back to farm movement'. |
서울에서 살던 30대 김과장은 일자리를 잃고 부모님이 사시는 고향으로 내려간다. 고향 사람들은 별 변화 없이 옛날처럼 농사를 짓고 있지만 기후변화에 따른 작물피해로 유통사만 배부른 현실에 한숨을 쉬는 사람들을 만나게 된다. 김과장은 전 직장의 거래처였던 음식점들을 찾아가 식재료 공급을 협의하여 마을 사람과 상의한다. 유기농 농산물을 만들기 위해 농약을 뿌리지 않고 닭과 오리, 그밖에 동물과 곤충, 천연비료를 사용하면서, 논과 밭을 공유하여 1석2조의 생산과 수익을 거두고, 마을의 빈 집과 빈 방을 활용하여 주말 체험농장을 만들어 소비자에게 여행상품을 판매하면서 4.3근무 7일경영을 하는 회사를 찾아 유기농 농산물 체험프로그램을 홍보한다. 이것을 본 모든 어른들이 동참하여 엄청난 부자 마을이 된다. 이러한 사실을 뒤 늦게 알게 된 박원순 시장은 서울 사람의 귀농을 도와주는 정책을 지원한다. |
