| Mr. Noh becomes aggressive when the monthly rental payment delays and willing to kick the tenants out when delaying for 2 months. He rents a house to the Sharing Service Organization and intimidates to punctuate the water and the electricity at a delay of the rental payment. The chairman of service organization asks Mr. Noh for lowering the rental cost to be suitable only for 4 days of the 4+3 day work system. With the help of a local lawmaker, Mr. Noh accepts the suggestion and realizes that there are surprisingly many people who would rent the house only for 3 days. Mr. Noh enlarges the empty room rental business service depending on 4+3 day work system thanks to the programmers in the IT industry region who wish to rent the rooms only for the weekends because the programmers work overtime at night staying at the company in the weekdays. He thought there would be the quarrels such as the post issues and the privacy issues due to the sharing the rooms depending on 4+3 system. He wondered at a strange situation where they share the idle goods and tries to attend the meeting of the community. And then, he realized that the sharing spirits of them are similar to those peoples of the town he lived in. He expands the 4-3 rental service and the rental income gets better. He starts to support the community and get the responses. He starts to participate in the society. He becomes famous when he opens the empty place for a volunteer group that could not afford the rental cost. He is now doing the practical action for sharing community and finds the new life. |
임대료가 1달만 늦어도 노발대발하여 2달이 늦어지면 어김없이 쫓아내는 악덕 임대업자 노사장. 나눔의 봉사단체에 임대를 해 주었으나 봉사단체가 사기를 당해 임대료 입금이 늦어지자 전기와 수도를 끊겠다고 협박한다. 나눔의 봉사단체 이사장은 이제 막 시작된 주4+3근무 7일경제를 도입하여 4일만 임대할 테니 임대료를 낮추어 달라고 노사장에게 부탁하자 이 단체의 이사로 있는 지역 국회의원의 부탁도 있고 해서 4일만 임대하는 계약을 하고 3일 쓸 사람을 찾으니 의외로 지원자가 많다는 것을 알게 된다. IT기업이 많은 이 지역 특성상 야근이 많은 프로그래머와 디자이너, 프리랜서들이 주중엔 회사에서 보내고 주말만 있을 곳을 찾는 사람들이 많다는 것을 노리고 비어있는 공실을 4-3 임대 사업으로 조금씩 늘려 나간다. 4-3일간 나누어 사용하다 보면 분실물 문제, 사생활 침해문제 등으로 다툼이 있을 것이라 생각했지만 이들만의 커뮤니티와 공유, 사용하지 않는 물건을 나누어 쓰는 것들을 보고 이상하게 여겨 이들의 커뮤니티와 모임에 참석해 본다. 이들의 생각과 나눔 정신이 자신이 살던 마을사람들 정서와 닮아 있음을 알게 되고 향수를 느끼게 된다. 4-3 임대업을 점차 늘리면서 임대수익은 좋아지고, 나눔 커뮤니티를 지원하자 높은 호응을 얻게 되어 나눔의 힘을 알게 되고 자신도 조금씩 동참하게 된다. 임대료를 못 내고 있는 봉사단체 이야기를 듣고 비어있는 3일 임대공간을 무상으로 내준 것이 타 단체들에게 알려지며 기사화 되고 유명세를 타게 된 노사장은 더욱 나눔과 공유를 실천하며 새로운 삶을 찾아가게 된다. |
