| Since the damage of the residents due to the unsold apartments, the women's association request to the construction company for the joint market place, the study rooms and the child care facilities in the entire first floors rather than protesting after the negotiation proposals. The members of the women's association open the shop selling the side dishes cheaply. The doctor residents open clinics in turn. They also open the bakery, the various child care services, and the study classes. So that the Apartment complex become a town with the vivid environment and the value of the apartment complex rises to become one of the famous luxury town in the whole country. | 미분양으로 인해 입주자들이 피해를 보게 되자 이에 부녀회에서 항의하기 보다는 협상안을 제시하여 건설사에게 1층 모두를 부녀회에서 공동 장터 및 공부방, 육아시설로 사용할 수 있도록 저렴한 임대료로 제공을 요청하여 부녀회 회원이 돌아가며 반찬을 내놓아 반찬을 저렴하게 파는 가게를 만들고 의사 입주자들이 주중 하루 시간을 내서 각기 진료과목을 돌아가며 운영하며 빵집을 만들고 돌아가며 함께 아이들을 돌보는 육아시설과 공부방을 운영하다 보니 공동운영 마을이 활성화 되고 미분양이던 아파트의 집값이 오르게 되면서 전국적인 명품 아파트로 탈바꿈 하게 된다. |
