They produce the products during the 3 days and develop the new market after selling them cheaply as the aid of volunteer organization. They get the operating right during the 4 days and give visions to the company and the workers to be happy. | 취업으로 고민하는 다른 동기와 달리 취업동아리에서 뜻이 있는 사람을 규합하여 향후 비전이 불투명한 기업을 찾아가 4일 근무제를 제안하고 쉬는 3일을 자신들에게 무상으로 시설을 빌려줄 것을 요청한다. 3일간의 생산품을 봉사단체구호품으로 저렴하게 판매하여 새로운 시장을 개척하며 기존 제품의 혁신을 이루어 역으로 4일간의 운영권을 가지고 기업의 비전과 근로자의 행복을 찾아 주게 된다. |
