Kim is in an agony after promotion to a director of the small company that needs the change and the innovation. A man who is working in the 4+3 day work system company moves into a house in front of director Kim. He hears about the story about the harmonious family and the miracle of a company through his jealous wife. Director Kim gets to know about the purpose of 4-3 day work system through the dinner meeting with the family in front. When he gives a comment about the system the CEO orders him to be a person in charge of the introduction of 4+3 system and become a chairman of promoting the 4-3 system. Director Kim is secretly in touch with the man in front and conducts the 4-3 system to be implemented being afraid of other people to know about this. While implementing 4-3 day work system, he gets to understand the conflict between the labor and the management and feels the sense of accomplishment as time goes by. He confesses the fact to the CEO who is just about to announce that the company will become the first 7-day management implemented company in a press conference and submits his letter of resignation. And, he takes time for self-examination on being not honest because the company couldn't even start the 7-day economy. One day, he is called by the CEO to return to the company. The CEO let him know that he would start the 7-day economy under the active request of the union and the agreement of the executives and offers him the vice president.
