| A retired director from a mid-sized company looks for a job to fill the insufficient cost of living. When he go interview he is surprised at the interviewer because he was his own subordinate he once discharged before. He fortunately has a 3-day job but isn't accustomed to rest during 4 days, and looks for a hobby. He joins a photographers' club and become indulged in the charm of the photo while traveling with his wife. The 4-day holiday brings happiness in life and gave him the time to plan a second life. He conducts a joint project associating the current company and the retired company and is proposed to be a representative director but he chooses the second life working 3 days only. | 중견기업 이사직에서 정년 퇴임한 최씨는 무료한 일상과 부족한 노후자금 때문에 일자리를 알아본다. 주3일 근무하는 회사를 알게 되어 면접을 갔으나 면접관이 자신이 명퇴시킨 직원들임에 놀란다. 다행히 주 3일근무 일자리를 얻었지만 4일을 쉬는 것에 익숙하지 않아 취미거리를 찾다가 아내가 가입한 사진작가 동아리에 가입하여 아내와 여행을 다니며 사진의 매력에 빠지게 된다. 4일간의 휴일이 가져온 가족과의 행복한 삶에서 변해가는 자신을 느끼고 제 2의 삶을 계획하게 된다. 취업한 회사와 퇴사한 회사를 연계한 3일 근무 공동프로젝트 진행하여 큰 성공을 이루자 퇴사한 회사에서 대표이사 취임을 제의 받았으나 거절하고 주 3일 근무를 통한 제2의 삶을 선택한다. |
