| The factory, Mr. A works for is at the bankruptcy crisis. 50% of employees are to be discharged since the factory size is decreased by half. Mr. A suggests, if the employees not discharged work 4 days a week, the discharged employees can work 3 days a week without the retirements. But the existing employees oppose because of the salary cuts due to the reduction of the working hours. He starts to persuade them with the 2 hour overtime work a day after all the hardships... | 자신이 일하던 공장이 부도를 맞아 불가피하게 공장의 규모를 반으로 줄이고 자신을 포함하여 50%의 직원을 정리해고 되는 위기에 빠진 A씨는 해고되지 않은 직원들이 4일만 일하고 나머지 정리된 직원들이 계약직으로 3일 동안 일하여 회사를 7일간 운영하면 정리해고를 하지 않아도 공장의 위기를 극복할 수 있다는 아이디어를 제안 주장하지만 줄어든 근무시간으로 월급이 깎이는 것을 거부하는 기존 직원들의 반대로 모든 계획이 수포로 돌아갈 위기에 놓인다. 어려운 노력 끝에 하루에 2시간씩 초과 근무를 하는 방법을 찾아 설득하기 시작하는데... |
