| Mr. A, an environmental activist who loves Changwon, his hometown, the environment and the birds, hears the news that Changwon city has the intention to enlarge the factory facilities 2~3 times near Dongpan reservoir in which the migratory birds come and go. The current plant facilities already threaten the environment of the reservoir where the migratory birds come and go, but if the factories become bigger about 2~3 times, it will infringe the place for the birds and the destruction of natural ecosystems is inevitable. He tries to stop the factory facility expansion but meets the stiff resistance of the residents whose lives become hard without the factory. Mr. A succeeds in saving the habitat for migratory birds and finds out the solution for the economic development through presenting the 7-day economy system to the existing factory. |
자신의 고향인 창원의 자연과 새들을 사랑하는 환경보호운동가 A씨는 창원시에서 경제 발전을 위하여 철새도래지인 동판저수지 인근에 공장시설을 2~3배 더 늘리려 한다는 소식을 접하게 된다. 현재의 공장시설만으로도 철새도래지의 자연환경이 위협받을 수 있는 상황에서 2~3배의 공장시설 부지가 늘어나면 그만큼 철새도래지의 부지가 없어져 자연생태계의 파괴가 불가피하다고 생각한다. 어떻게든 공장시설 증축을 막아보려 하지만 공장시설을 늘리지 않으면 안 되는 생활이 어려운 근처 주민들의 반발에 부딪혀 어려움을 겪는다. 그러던 A씨는 기존 공장시설을 7일경영으로 운영하는 방법으로 철새도래지를 지키고 지역 경제도 발전시킬 방법을 찾아내는데... |
