She changes the Headquarter to work 4 days a week. She establishes S company, a social company working 3 days and becomes a representative. Hong Gil-Ja completes the fundraising professional education courses of the Hope Institute along with the employees of 3-day work system. Hong Gil-Ja with the contacts and know-how gained through the course of the fundraising professionals collects the talented contributors, via 1:1 phone consultation, consults the troubles and donate all fundraisings to the charities and the social company creating jobs. After one year through the "phone counseling fundraising" it grows to a $ 300 billion fundraising organization. Hong Gil-Ja from S company visits to meet Park Won-Sun with her mentor to solve the small business financial difficulties, and the mayor Park feels good to see her who made him to be world famous and who became the fundraising professional. He listens to her idea about the corrective strategies of the 7-day economy for the development of small businesses. She introduces the mentor who led her to him and explains about the idea supported by him and he admires about the mentor's wisdom. Park Won-Sun who thought that this strategy can be the one of the national policy projects and introduces Hong and her mentor to the President. The president fully supports their ideas and concepts. The president offers them with the huge budget support after designating their company as an institute that executes the national projects. S company gives the consultation of the introduction of the 4+3 day work system to the small company struggling with financial difficulties, and lends funds at no charge at the expense of using the company facilities. She visits an investment bank to ask for capital loans for the company, but let the mortgage and interest shall be from S company. S company keep inducing the companies to change their system into the 4+3 day work system to create the operational synergies and to build the competitiveness for increasing hiring the elderly people and young job seekers through the companies. They make the experts educate the new employees and make the 3-day companies increase sharing to make the base for reviving the Korean economy. The president conducts to build the 7-day economy institute to provide the conflict and poor countries with the hopes and jobs instead of the simple food and shelter as the Korean economy is in the second peak. And the institute becomes the successful organization. Hong Gil-Ja and her mentor who are honored with the Nobel Peace and Economy Prizes at the same time say that all Korean people deserves the prize because they did the contribution to it and respectfully refuse the prize award at first but then they accept the prize and donate all the prize money. This triggers that Koreans are treated as who made the economy revived in anywhere of the world. Korea becomes the Mecca of education. Korea establishes the Mentor Bank to maintain.
